Ticket Purchase Procedures
Users may purchase multiple tickets in a single transaction.

Ticket availability is subject to change until the transaction is finalized upon payment.

The purchase is considered complete once the payment details are filled in and the payment has been successfully processed.

Once the transaction is completed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel the reservation.

Payment Methods
Payment can be made via credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express, Discover, and Aurora) by following the instructions provided during the online procedure.

Purchase Confirmation
If the payment is successful, the system will display a purchase confirmation.

Upon completion of the payment process, the user will receive a confirmation email specifying the type of tickets purchased, the price paid, and the instructions for ticket collection.

Ticket Collection
Tickets can be downloaded directly from the confirmation email.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Please be advised that, as the Contract concerns the provision of leisure services to be provided on a specific date, the right of withdrawal provided for by Art. 52 of the Italian Consumer Code does not apply, pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph I, letter n) of the Consumer Code. Therefore, the Customer cannot exercise this right in relation to the purchase of Entry Tickets.

Refunds
No refunds will be issued in the event of user cancellation or accidental purchase. A refund may only be requested in the event of an extraordinary closure of the garden without 60 days’ notice from the date of ticket purchase. In such cases, users may write to [email protected], attaching the purchase receipts and the tickets in PDF format.

The refund will equal the full cost of the ticket. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 60 working days. The time required for the funds to appear may vary depending on the payment provider.

Garden Information and Regulations:
In the event of extreme weather conditions, the Gardens may be closed for safety reasons.

Dogs are welcome in the Garden but must be kept on a leash at all times; owners must carry the necessary supplies to clean up after them.

Due to the specific layout of the site, access to certain areas of the Gardens may be limited or unavailable for visitors with mobility issues.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Gardens.

The consumption of food is not permitted inside the Gardens.
