Regenerative Horticulture

Regenerative horticulture starts from a simple principle: living soil generates healthy, nutritious, and resilient plants. Through observation, biodiversity, and practices that respect natural balance, we will learn to collaborate with the processes of the earth instead of working against them.

We will explore fundamental principles and techniques to improve soil fertility, water management, and microbiological health, supporting the invisible relationships that make life in the garden possible. Because cultivation does not just mean producing food, but entering into a relationship with a living ecosystem.
The course will be led by Lidia Rivas.

Energetic Agriculture – We Are the Main Ingredient

1+1=3! An apparently impossible enigma that finds its perfect answer in the laws of energy. During this course, we will observe this dynamic and discover how the flows of Energetic Agriculture work and, above all, how to tune into them to make them work at their best.

Electromagnetism (the energy of the Sky combined with the Earth’s Magnetism) is the fundamental force in which all living beings are immersed. Through direct study and field experience, we will learn how to increase it within the soil network and root systems. With the support of simple tools and ElectroCulture techniques, we will boost plant immunity and their ability to absorb nutrients. The visible result translates into more resilient, productive, and lush vegetables, with wild shapes, intense greens, and complex, deep flavors.

The course will be led by Claire Orchard and Mirco Braghiroli.

Vegetable Fermentation and Fermented Beverages

Fermentation is a process as ancient as humanity, an encounter between microorganisms and living matter. Through the action of beneficial bacteria and yeasts, foods transform naturally, developing new flavors, increasing nutrient bioavailability, and extending shelf life, while becoming enriched with microbiological life, thus improving our microbiota.

During the course, we will explore simple and accessible techniques to ferment vegetables and beverages, learning to collaborate with these invisible processes that have always accompanied humans in preservation, nutrition, and body care.
The course will be led by Lidia Rivas.

The instructors

Lidia Rivas – La Era Nuova
Ecological educator and permaculturist, since 2010 she has been studying and practicing topics related to the environment, fermentation, regenerative horticulture, permaculture, beekeeping, self-production, and sustainable living, weaving together study, practical experimentation, and outreach.

Claire Orchard – Villa Le Corti
Traveler, eclectic mind, and self-taught individual, she has explored numerous fields of knowledge. A qualified Montessori teacher, facial reflexologist, and mother, she understands that the human being is the main ingredient in every action: in gardening, in cooking, as well as in dance. Passionate about grassroots networking, she now works (often barefoot) in the therapeutic garden of Villa Le Corti, communicating with plants and animals and welcoming visitors. Here, together with her husband Mirco, she holds workshops dedicated to Energetic Agriculture.

Mirco Braghiroli – Villa Le Corti
Holistic practitioner and teacher for over 25 years, he developed his talent in the field of Eastern and Western energetic disciplines from a young age. A gardener, beekeeper, and craftsman, he shapes matter through the power of intention. Father of three and married to Clare, he guides his research inspired by the deep interconnection between human relationships and the surrounding natural environment.
